When you complete the valuation form on this website, we ask you for:

• Your full name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The post code where the caravan is kept
• Details of the caravan: make, model, year, condition and your asking price
• Your reason for selling and any additional message you choose to write

We also collect a small amount of technical and marketing information automatically: the page you submitted the form from, the website that referred you, and any Google Ads click identifier (gclid) or campaign tracking parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term) present in the web address you arrived on.

We do not ask for and do not want financial information, bank details, card numbers or identity documents through this website.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To prepare and send your offer, and to arrange collection if you accept it. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and performance of that contract.
• To respond to questions you send us. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our service.
• To measure which adverts and pages generate enquiries. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our marketing, and your consent where cookies or similar technologies require it.
• To keep records of purchases we make. Lawful basis: compliance with our legal obligations, including tax and accounting.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass it to third parties to use for their own marketing.

4. Marketing

If you send us an enquiry, we may contact you about that enquiry by phone, email or text message. That includes following up if we do not hear back from you.

5. Who we share it with

6. Cookies and tracking

Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to prepare offers and arrange collections, and our systems are protected by access controls and passwords.

9. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
• Ask us to delete your information, where there is no good reason for us to keep it
• Ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to us using it
