• What if there's damage on my caravan?

  All our valuation are based on the condition of the van you tell us. If there's a dent or scratch, please tell us so we can give you an honest valuation. Should there be any damage to the van that you haven't told us about, it may effect the value. The member of staff that comes to appraise your van will discuss this with you.

• How long does it take?

  We aim to get back to everyone within 48 of the initial enquiry, then, if you choose to accept our offer, we can arrange for a member of staff to appraise and collect your caravan at a time that's convenient for you.

• How will I be paid?

  We can pay in many different ways. Bank transfer, Cheque or cash on collection. It's really up to you and how you'd prefer to receive the money.

• How does it work?

  It's simple, fill in the form with information about your caravan and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible with a no obligation valuation. We use the Glass' guide to value every van, this is an industry standard and as such we can always make sure you're getting the best deal.

• What if I have outstanding finance left to pay?

  As an authorised member of Black Horse, we can liaise with your finance company to get they renaming amount paid off. Any monies left after this amount is deducted from the valuation will be passed on directly to you. Please contact us for more information.

• I can't find my caravan in the list?

  Some caravans are what's know as "Dealer Specials" These vans are usually based off an existing model with a few minor alterations. For these types of van, please us the contact us page for a valuation, or feel free to phone us directly.
