Statics are harder to sell than tourers because the park often has a say in it. Site fees keep coming, the park may push you towards trading in against a newer van, and selling privately can be restricted by your licence agreement.
Check your licence agreement first
Before anything else, dig out the agreement you signed with the park. It will tell you three things that decide your options:
- Whether you can sell privately at all, or only back to the park
- What commission the park takes if they handle the sale
- The age limit on vans kept on that site, which affects who can buy it
Plenty of owners find the park's offer is well below what the van is worth once you account for the commission. It is always worth getting a second number before you accept anything.
Off site is where we are strongest
If the van can leave the park, the market opens right up and so does the price. We buy statics to move off site, which means we are not bound by that park's age policy or their rules about who can buy.
We arrange the transport, the crane or tractor if access needs it, and the disconnection. Tell us on the form how the van is sited, what the access is like and whether there is a hard standing, and we will factor it in.
Holiday homes and lodges
We also look at twin units and lodges. These need more planning to move, so the more detail you can give us about size, siting and access, the more accurate the offer will be.

It depends on your licence agreement. Some parks allow it, some insist on handling the sale themselves. Check the agreement before committing to anything.
Yes. Age limits are the park's rule for vans staying on that site. If we are moving it off, the limit does not apply.
We do. Removal is free if you accept our offer, including the transport and disconnection.
Any refund of pitch fees is between you and the park. We can only advise on the value of the van itself.
